Idea: This is the first drawing in my “Sexy Beasts” series. It re-imagines well known monsters as sex symbols and pop idols. Frank is Frankenstein’s monster as a bodybuilder.

Idea: I have always been a Stephen King fan and after I saw the recent big screen version of IT I knew I had to create my interpretation based on the promo poster. The cigarette was just something I wanted to try.

Idea: I love horror movies and of all the monsters, werewolves have always been my favorite. This was inspired by the Joe Dante classic, “The Howling”.

Idea: My grandfather was a huge fan of Westerns and I remember he had a wanted poster with his photo on it. When I was a kid he did western shows and parades and would display the wanted poster. Something that reminds me of him.

Idea: This is a personal design that came about from me always needing to have music playing whenever I’m working. Music helps in getting me to that state of mind where everything can flow easier.

Idea: Originally this started out as a sketch, but as I got further “Hank” started to take on more character and I decided to take to completion.

I was asked create a sample sketch. The prospective client wanted something morbid, so of course I thought of a skull. You can’t go wrong with a skull.
